2) Clean, repair and upgrade. Deep clean, wipe walls, clean carpet, paint to neutral colors. Complete easy upgrades.
3) Stage, depersonalize. Allow Buyers to see their life and family in the home.
4). Price to sell. Review current market prices and price to sell.
